Post  nickb on Fri Apr 03, 2009 11:20 am

not this time around, but was when i first got in to carp fishing, everything had to be stainless on the bank.. so solar was the name, armalite sp's for distance, nash pursuits su's such a lovely rod, tournement reels, delkims....the list was endless, then the bivvy, god i had everything, tv, radio, cooler, bivvy slippers, carpet!!! etc etc, no wonder i used a hilux to get anywhere. Embarassed

so now i use a MGF and keep things light and simple, but still use stainless bank sticks, and the reel handles have to match.... Very Happy

what does the above blue bit mean ??

ok few questions/statements: -

1. basia's very nice reel's fair play mate Cool Cool
2. ??? "an argos outfit"
3. What reels should you put on then ?? - I dont need pit reels and i think shimmys are the best for baitrunners so the xtea's are the top ones they do ??
4. How are Matrix SS shite ??

sorry dont take many pics of the tackle Embarassed Embarassed
