Hi to all on the carplakes forum from Dave and Ali on Gran Canaria.The fishing started a lot harder this year,due to the cold,wet and windy conditions,but we still managed fish on our day trips,with fish to 41lb,a few 30s and plenty of 20s.Our lakeside apartments were extremely busy in February with our fishing holidays with guests from Holland,Uk,Spain all catching carp.We are now in April and have had an amazing month as allways,we were lucky enough to have Scott Maslen "Eastenders" and Simon Bater,x uk carp record holder over for a weeks fishing and they had over 41 carp,with the biggest to Simon at 41lb and Scott had his PB at 35lb,amongst 15 other upper 30s and plenty of upper 20s,the weather was perfect and fishing conditions fantastic!
