Cemex lake ( stanford le hope ) Essex

Fished the day ticket lake from Sat 3pm until 6pm today, and what a session, carp to 12lb and tench to 6lb (biggest bloody tench i have ever seen).

The fish came on about 6pm and never stopped all night as i landed one fish my other rod was off as well, when i got there i was going to fish four rods and boy am i glad i didn't, and as quick as they came on at 7am they went off and i only had 5 runs all day today.

i would certainly recommend this venue if like me you have to work down here and have a spare day for a session.
