An extra-slim version of the UK's top selling carp rod - The Outlaw XS - could pass as a rod costing twice as much. Its super-slim blanks and all round finish- including tasteful polished steel collar and etched butt cap- with a full neoprene wrapped handle that you only see on top priced custom builds makes it unrivalled value for money. These are in excellent condition
