Post  carpquarry on Sun Mar 14, 2010 6:50 pm

Just thought it would be nice to know what your PB french carp are and a pic if possable and also where you caught it from. Mine is 38lb from Carpquarry. Its not a monster I know but what was nice about this one is that is was an original and not one I stocked.

Hi Neil
How you doing, I dont know if you remember when you stocking of the second batch of larger fish I would love to catch that stunnng mirror that had the scaley rear end, I know she was one of the smaller ones at 37 in that batch but that was one beautiful fish not that the other were'nt but she was stunning, I wonder how she is doing now nearly a year and half later with the constant feeding programme and no real angling pressure.

One for the girls

Post  expat on Tue Mar 16, 2010 7:20 pm

New PB today, fishing our lake La Petite Martiniere 41.5lbs caught with pellet on hair and corn on hook, float set up fished on bottom. Only problem was it was too heavy for me to lift or hold so John had to do the honours. Daughter Nikky caught her PB yesterday at 25.4lbs will get her to put pic on soon.

Two for the girls

Post  nic on Tue Mar 16, 2010 7:33 pm

Here is my PB caught yesterday at Mum & Dads lake La Petite Martiniere, not only my PB but my first "proper fish" 25.4lbs, I've only just got the fishing bug and am loving every bit of it, now it's getting warmer. Still got to learn to hold them properly, Dads teaching me but they are very heavy for me.
