Moderators ????

For a forum you need a varriety of people for your mods, you need acitive posters, active readers and some thinkers. Not people that put thier hand up when the bone is thrown to the dog.

Sorry Rich I cant agree .......having Moded and been Admin on lots of sites ....you must See the bigger picture ....you have to give every one their right to their veiw ....even people like Wrongon ...who has quite strong views ....but you must allso be sean too step in from time to time ...if them strong views become offensive

I agree if a member becomes offensive it's a mods job to step in, it's not a mods job to shape the forum and try and make its future and what dirrection it should travel in, maybe you have got confussed with sometimes being admin and could be crossing that role into your moderator roles some times?

As for which catagory you slip into in the different types of mods I would say your a source of information on the sport this forum is about and that's why you have got the job.
Yeh I have stepped in once or twice and will continue to do so, I also tell Wrongen when I think he is wrong, if I remember correctly Ron you have had personal disputes on here, with Gary wossisname the spanish guide, not very fitting for a mod I know you wasnt then but you are now.
If Jeff wants his Mods to have a God role then that's his choice LOL or a big head, self promotion what ever you know.

Apart from me I think it's only the mods and Admin posting at the moment isnt it. Must be doing something right then.

Yes you are quite right in what you say Rich ....Im afraid ( even though I was not a mod at the time ) I will never stand back and let some one post Lie's ....Mod or Not ........as I have built my reputation ...on telling the truth.

its very very easy for people to post incorect information on any forum Rich ....but let me ask you ...if you knew it was incorect would you just sit back and say nothink ( mod or not ) ????
