Question for the girls

Ladies, just out of interest when you are fishing do you find you get treated differently by other anglers just for being female Carp Anglers Question Either in a good way or bad way?

I know 2 female anglers 1 very good one and one thats getting there lol....

The only problem i see and they seem to laugh alot about everytime there on the bank together is the fact they have to brush there hair before they hit the rods lmao....
And thats fact....
Rich will back me up on that one lol...

Trouble is Jeff acts like a girl sometimes on the bank as he always asking me, does he look good and is his hair alright and do you think my head looks big in this nash outfit lmao

Then suppose if its the other way round and you are on the shabby lookin side then why worry because no one would care anyway lmao.......

I would say I get looked at or treated differently, when I and my partner walk past someone fishing they would always ask him, but treat me me as though I'm not really there to fish until they see me dragging all my kit to the lake. Some men treat me the same ask if I've caught much, which is nice but to be fair I bring it on myself I am too shy to go to men fishing and ask how their doing. I keep myself to myself, I also don't mind looking good on the bank lol I wouldn't sit there half knacked but I like wearing a bit of make up but defo don't do to to get looks. Smile

The men laugh until i out fish them all! Take my recent holiday to France, 7 guys and me....all offering poor lil old me help, i caught the first, the most and the biggest (43lbs 10oz) bless them, they werent laughing at the end. Very Happy

i agree with this comment toatally i dont care what i look like as long as i am warm and enjoying my fishing i will talk to the other fishing peeps some some off the blokes wont talk to you at all.
which is wrong cause we are all there for the same reason and thats to catch fish....

My ol lady makes me laugh, she fished before we got together, but through her last seasons fishing she started to well...... wind me, I would ask her to grab the camera and she would be ages, guess what I found her doing, BRUSHING HER BLOODY HAIR BEFORE SHE HAD HER PICTURE TAKEN LMAO.

I love her for it though, it's now a good topic around the dinner table LOL.
