white acres

hello, thank you for the ladies section! I hope many women join so im not a loner ha. I am currently at white acres and have fished both the specimen lakes and only caught a 10lb mirror, better than nothing but would be nice to catch some of the big ones! If anyone has any tips please feel free to share! Lucy

Hey sorry for delayed response, seems I may be the only female on here?? So frustrating there must be thousands of women of out there fishing but don't seem to come online lol.

Hi Wrongenuk, I wish the Pheromones worked for me lol. I haven't been for a few weeks now, last place I went was Gillmorton, Leicester didn't catch anything though boo. I've been trying some new boilies by Quest Baits they seem to be quite good and smelly lol. The best I think are the surf and turf, I need to do another big session before I can really judge them.Samantha Collins Ratcliffe swears by them and says its the only thing she uses and she seems to bag 20+ carp all the time.

hello ladyloo just to say u r not the only girl on here.
hows the fishing goin.Where do u usually go fishing .
do u have a water that u regularly fish or do u move around a lot.
im based in west sussex and have a lot of water to fish with some very big fish in them.
i havent used the quest baits yet im on probiotic from sensas which hav bagged me a lot of fish i also make my own which is great fun (good job my husband loves fishing to lol)bit smelly sometimes but its worth it.

Nice to meet you, I'm from Leicestershire I have a few local lakes near me, the main fisheries is Makins. It's difficult to fish their and get a good spot and its always full with matches. There are another few lakes near me which are nice to fish, some lakes with Carp upto 20-30lb just wish I could catch the buggers!!! I wouldn't mind making my own boilies just wouldn't have a clue where to start, are they any like start kits lol.

no there are no starter kits i found a couple of sites by just googling bait making for carp
got lots of good info from them
its great fun and can be very messy but hey thats what it is all about
i went out ova the weekend but no joy the water im on is a hard water but with 7 30+ carp it will be worth it when it happens
