I fished there September 2009, It's a clay lined lake, so i used very short braided hooklink 2inches long, with a 10mm pop up, size 10 hook. popped up straight from the lead. I also molded clay around my lead to hide it. Did the same with a bottom bait rig but with a longer hooklink. both fished in the margains. Landed 2 fish to 26lb and lost one. while everyone else had a blank. Felt well happy with myself after that session! Smile

If your fishing a clay lined lake and not fishing to far out try molding some clay around the lead, worked well for me Very Happy
