Do Forigen fish count ???

Post  Big Ron on Wed Jun 10, 2009 8:37 am

Hi all just wondering what your thoughts are on Forigen fish ??

reading posts on may of the other forums .....there seam to be two or three ways of looking at it.

1) the anglers that would never venture abroad and ( only fish in England )

2) the holiday angler ( the angler who only see's it as a holiday from fishing over here ) and just fishes the commertial type water

3) the angler who is looking for more of a change ( and will fish the rivers and large inland seas all over the world )

I see my self as 3 Very Happy

where do you fit in ????

I would see it as Commertial to a degree ( personaly ) ...but its not the same as Dream lakes etc ....as you have to make your own way over there.

I think there are different levels of each of the 3 choices I put up.
and I could split them all much further Very Happy Very Happy

that's his chioce Smile and I dont have any problem with anglers who only want to fish over here, but I do have a problem with the ones that say fish from abroad dont count Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

As I belive personaly I actualy put my self out more to catch the ones I do over there. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

i don't see where the topic title fits in with question??

it seems to ask one question in the title but then asks what kind of angler u are in the thread, i don't really see my self as any of the stereo types that are put forward. i would like to see my self as 3 but i simply cant afford the money or the time so that's that straight out the window.

as for the title question of, do foreign fish count? if i went and bagged a few stunners from France or where ever then i wouldn't care what other people thought because the trip that i had paid for was for me and the memories are mine. i understand that a lot of people dont rate foreign fish but who cares about there opinion? as long as YOU enjoyed yourself then that's all that counts in my eyes, that's what its all about to me.
