Best rig for surface fishing?
Do you think a hair is required if surface fishing something like chum mixer or do you think supergluing or bait band on the back of the hook is beter?

superglue a bit of cork, shaped in a square to the shank of a strong fine wire hook, does the trick for me....

Also black or yellow foam side hooked so its located on the shank.
