Has anyone fished Redricks lane in Herts at all? Its near Harlow apparently?

I haven't fished it but I have walked it with the owners, this was before they opened and were stocking it, it has got some nice 20's in there as for 30's I don't know.
It's just off of the A414 HArlow end on route to sawbridgeworth. Apparently opening (from closed season) this month, tickets are available from the Post Office/ Corner shop in High Wych.
