FISHING LAKE WANTED TO LEASE/RENT IN FRANCE WITH VIEW TO BUY

We are looking for a carp fishing lake to rent/lease (for appprox 18 months) with a view to buy at the end of that time (awaiting divorce settlement). Our ideal lake will be a minimum of 5 acres with some land with accommodation or planning permission to errect a small house.
